周晓莹，女，41岁。医学博士，副研究员，现就职于广西医科大学生命科学研究院医学科学实验中心基因组实验室，担任医学生物信息与技术教研室主任。
2006年毕业于广西医科大学临床医学专业，获医学学士学位。2008年获日本文部省奖学金资助赴日本琉球大学交流学习一年。2009年毕业于广西医科大学耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，获医学硕士学位。2011年瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学院学习，2015年获得医学博士学位。
自2006年以来，一直从事鼻咽癌发病机制的研究。致力于鼻咽癌表观遗传学、微生物组学、病毒致癌机理、肿瘤代谢改变以及单细胞转录组学研究。共获得国家自然科学基金3项、广西自然科学基金2项、广西教育厅资助项目1项；参与国家自然科学基金项目12项、国家973项目1项、973前期项目1项；共发表SCI文章共40篇，其中第一作者/通讯作者16篇，单篇最高影响因子8.4；主编英文专著1部，参编英文专著2部，中文教材2部。
