唐咸艳，流行病与生物统计学博士、教授、博士\硕士研究生导师，广西高等学校千名中青年骨干教师，教育部首批课程思政示范课程《现场流行病学》，广西课程思政示范课程《临床流行病学》和《论文写作》教学名师团队骨干教师，广西一流课程《流行病学》骨干教师，广西壮族自治区中国-东盟公共卫生与健康大数据应用创新工程研究中心骨干。现为中华预防医学会健康保险专业委员会第二届委员会委员，中国医药生物技术协会卫生技术评估专委会委员，中国医学人文教育委员会委员，广西预防医学会新发再发传染病学专业委员会常务委员，广西预防医学会流行病学分会常委委员，广西医学会临床流行病学与循证医学分会委员。2011年，获中法徐光启基金资助赴法国弗朗什-孔泰大学和法国疾病监测中心访学。2013-2016年，获美国中华医学基金（CMB）全额奖学金资助赴泰国宋卡王子大学攻读流行病学博士。主要研究时空流行病与时空统计学，政策效应评估的因果推断理论方法，卫生政策与体系科学（HPS），疫苗流行病学。
    主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项（NSFC，流行病学方法与卫生统计学领域）、国家自然科学基金地区基金3项（NSFC，流行病学方法与卫生统计学领域）、美国中华医学基金会公开竞争科研项目2项（CMB-OC，卫生政策与体系科学领域）、英国维康基金会科研子项目（Wellcome trust, one health同一健康研究领域）、广西自然科学基金青年基金、广西高等教育本科教学改革工程重点项目、全国医学专业学位研究生教育指导委员会研究课题、广西研究生教育改革课题等项目，以第一作者或通讯作者在International Journal of Epidemiology、Infectious Disease of Poverty、中华流行病学、中国卫生统计等国内外专刊上发表时空流行病与时空统计学领域科研论文60余篇，参编人民卫生出版社研究生规划教材《综合评价方法及其医学应用》等教材3部，主要参与获得软件著作权、实用型专利、广西科技进步奖一等奖和二等奖、广西医药卫生适宜技术推广奖一等奖、南宁市科技进步一等奖、广西高等教育教学成果奖一等奖和二等奖等奖项。唐博士受邀在泰国玛希隆王子奖大会（PMAC）、湄公河次区域公共卫生大会（ICPH-GMS）、第四届同一医学同一科学国际会议（iCOMOS）、安达拉斯国际公共卫生大会（AIPHC）、中国卫生统计学术年会等国内外大型学术会议上作大会报告10余次。目前，唐博士担任Journal of Health Science and Medical Research杂志编委，受聘广西医学会、广西药品监督管理局、云南疫苗实验室等专家。健康扶贫智库研究成果获得四位广西自治区级领导批示。

     Dr. Xianyan Tang, a professor and PhD-MPH-MSC supervisor of epidemiology & biostatistics at Guangxi Medical University in China, has worked as a visiting scholar in University of Franche-Comté and French Center for Disease Surveillance with the funding of XU Guangqi Program in 2011. During 2013-2016, he received the scholarship from China Medical Board (CMB) Ph.D. Training program to pursue the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (International Epidemiology) at Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. He mainly focuses on the Spatio-temporal epidemiology and spatio-temporal statistics, methodology of causation inferrence in health policy, health policy and system science (HPS),and Vaccine epidemiology. So far, he has worked as principal investigators (PIs) or co-PI of the Open Competitive Research Grant of China Medical Board (CMB-OC), the Wellcome Trust grant, the Young Scientists Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC),the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) and the Young Scientists Fund of Guangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, etc. Currently, he is the director of research & education department and the executive director of geographic information systems (GIS) research laboratory at Public Health School of Guangxi Medical University. Additionally, he is the editorial board member of the Journal of Health Science and Medicine Research, and the peer-reviewer of several international and national journals.
