贺茂林，博士，教授，博士研究生导师。主要研究方向：脊柱外科、骨肿瘤。现为中国医师协会骨科医师分会骨肿瘤工作委员会委员，中国抗癌协会第六届肉瘤专业委员会骨骼肌肉系统肿瘤保留肢体学组委员，中国抗癌协会第七届肉瘤专业委员会骨转移瘤学组委员，国际矫形与创伤外科学会（SICOT）中国部骨肿瘤学会第一届委员会委员，中国康复医学会脊柱脊髓专业委员会第一届脊柱脊髓基础研究学组委员，广西医学会创伤学分会第一届委员会委员，广西医学会骨科学分会第一届青年委员会副主任委员，广西中西医结合学会骨科微创专业委员会第一届常务委员，广西医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病学分会第一届委员会委员。2005年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院骨外科专业，获医学科学博士学位。读博士期间，师从骨科学专家陈安民教授，参与了973计划国家重点基础研究项目的研究（项目名称：恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移的机理和分子阻遏，课题编号：2002CB513107），并发表了相关论文。曾于2009年6月至11月，在北京大学人民医院骨肿瘤科进修学习；并于2012年至2013年，在日本熊本机能病院研修学习。2010年，因参与“上胸椎前方手术入路的解剖及其临床研究”项目的研究，荣获“广西医药卫生适宜技术推广奖”一等奖及“广西科学技术进步奖”二等奖。曾荣获中国医师协会骨科医师分会2015年度全国优秀中青年骨科医师奖及第十三届广西青年科技奖。现主持国家自然科学基金科研项目三项，广西科技厅科研项目三项，广西卫生厅科研项目一项，校教改科研项目一项。
