肖强，男，医学博士，教授，博士研究生导师。1983年毕业于广西医科大学，获医学学士学位；1985年在广西医科大学攻读外科肿瘤学研究生，1988年获医学硕士学位；1997年赴英国利物浦大学医学院攻读肿瘤学研究生，2000年获医学博士。长期从事普通外科的基础与临床工作。现任广西医学会肠外肠内营养学分会主任委员、广西抗癌协会常务理事等，主要科研方向为消化系统肿瘤的临床和基础研究，以及高等医学教育的科研及管理，负责和参加过多项省厅级科研课题，发表近百篇学术论文，主持的胃癌研究课题2002年获得广西科技进步二等奖、2010年获得广西自然科学奖二等奖1项；获得国家自然科学基金3项（在研1项）。
